In the Help tab in the viewer - there is a Speed Test link. If you click on this - it will the open the speed test in a small window where you can click on "Go" text to run a speed test. If the speed test takes longer than 1 minute to complete, is jerky or erratic or the DOWNLOAD results are under 2Mbps you may experiencing Internet related issues.
